The 2020 model year was a huge one for the Hyundai brand, specifically in regard to its ever-expanding lineup. Not only were several models completely redesigned as they entered new generations, but a pair of brand-new vehicles joined the lineup for the first time ever. One of those brand-new models was the Hyundai Palisade, which took the automotive industry by storm. The largest vehicle on the Hyundai lineup, the three-row full-size crossover is stylish, sophisticated and sleek with plenty of space inside for passengers and cargo alike.
As 2021 is the nameplate’s sophomore year, the brand didn’t need to make any drastic redesigns or add any appealing new features. In fact, they didn’t really need to change anything, but they did anyway. Not only did they repackage features across the many trim levels and packages, but they introduced a brand-new, upscale trim level called the 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Last year, only three trim levels were available: SE, SEL and Limited. The new Calligraphy trim level will now top the Palisade lineup.

In addition to the new trim level, as mentioned, content has been shaken up between the packages and trim levels. For instance, almost everything that was in the former Drive Guidance package is now featured in the Premium package and above, while many features have been standardized even in the base SE trim.
